General Terms and Conditions:
Payment Terms:
When ordering a precision sundial, a down
payment of one-third of the purchase price is
required. The full purchase price becomes due
upon completion and prior to shipment.
Purchase Agreement:
A purchase agreement is only concluded upon
receipt of the down payment and confirmation
of the order.
Right of Withdrawal:
Since each sundial is a unique piece,
cancellation after the order confirmation is only
possible if the manufacturing costs incurred up
to that point are covered.
Transport Damage / Complaints:
The sundial is packed in a specially adapted
wooden box. Any transport damage or
complaints must be reported within 7 days.
Warranty:
The warranty period for materials and powder
coating is three years.
