General terms and conditions
Conditions of payment:
When ordering a precision sundial is a deposit of one-
After the completion and before shipment, the entire purchase price is payable.
Sales agreement:
A sales agreement is concluded only by the advance deposit and after the order confirmation.
Right of restitution:
Given that each sundial is a unique piece, the cancellation, after a confirmation, is only possible with
the acquisition of the manufacturing costs incurred so far.
Transport damages / Complaints:
The sundial is packaged in a specially adapted wooden box.
Any transport damage or complaints must be advertised within 7 days of display.
Warranty:
The warranty on materials and powder coating is five years.
